Literally translated, Chi Nei Tsang means “working the energy of the internal organs” or “internal organs chi transformation.” It originated with Taoist Chinese monks to help detoxify, strengthen, and refine the bodies and was further developed by the Thai Medicine System. Thai medicine is unique in its merging of Indian and Chinese Systems of Medicine and understanding of the energetic, physical and subtle body. Chi Nei Tsang is a very powerful therapy that both deeply relaxes and brings energy to the body. It aims to harmonize the body's energy pathways with a focus on the organs within the abdominal cavity. It can help alleviate digestive, hormonal, sleep, and anxiety-related concerns for clients as well as benefit scar tissue and enhance fertility.
Unprocessed emotional charges are also addressed in this manner, as well as all of the body systems: digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, muscular-skeletal, and the acupuncture meridian system.

In practice, CNT uses massage, acupressure, and guided breathing to move energy and release toxins from your internal organs, tissues, and bones.

You will take some time to ground prior to the abdominal work. The sessions include 40 to 50 minutes of hands-on time. 3 sessions within a 10 day period are optimal for health imbalances.
