I specialize in women's health. Through coaching we will explore and uncover the root causes that may be making you out of balance, as we address GI health, hormonal balance, autoimmune concerns, and digestive issues along with your current and desired emotional balance, life goals, relationship to self and others, and self care practices. If you are feeling burnt out, anxious, lacking emotional stability and confidence due to daily stressors, hormonal & metabolic shifts, menopause or perimenopause and the feeling of the lack of time for self care health coaching is a great way to empower yourself.  Through simple nutrition and lifestyle techniques you can loose or maintain weight, decrease stress and inflammation, improve mood and confidence, and enhance your digestive health, to feel vibrant, beautiful, healthy and balanced. Health coaching goes beyond the physical and can have great influence on many aspects of feeling whole and healthy.

As a student of ecology and biology, functional nutritionist, certified health coach, yoga instructor & personal trainer, I draw on decades of experience and your personal goals to create holistic and personalized programs that focus on your priorities. Working extensively as an Ayurvedic practitioner and nutritionist, guiding clients one on one with health coaching and leading group 7-21 day holistic detox programs blending functional medicine & Ayurveda at one of North America's premier Ayurvedic spas and detox centers, has given me the unique hands on experience in the power of combining holistic modalities for self care and transformation and the wisdom to create effective and sustainable simple tailored programs.

In ayurveda digestion is the foundation of health on all levels. I use the principles of ayurveda along with functional nutrition based science to create simple and effective nutritional and lifestyle programs. Investing in health coaching is investing in both restorative and preventative health. Programs take into consideration the unique circumstances of your life, the seasonal shift, and your local environment, combining simple whole foods, herbs, movement, meditation, breath-work and healing arts practices dependent on your imbalances and goals.
