As a student of ecology and biology, functional nutritionist, certified health coach, yoga instructor & personal trainer, I draw on decades of experience to create holistic and personalized programs to meet your goals and priorities. Working extensively as an Ayurvedic practitioner and nutritionist, guiding 7-21 day holistic detox programs blending functional medicine & Ayurveda at one of North America's luxury Ayurvedic spas and detox centers, has given me hands on experience in the power of combining holistic modalities for self care and transformation and the wisdom to create effective and sustainable simple tailored programs.

In ayurveda digestion is the foundation of health on all levels. I use the principles of ayurveda along with functional nutrition based science to create simple and effective nutritional and lifestyle programs.
